As a Flash/Interface Developer you will work on web sites that inspire users and create compelling digital experiences. You take pride in seeing projects through to completion and you are constantly upgrading your technical skills. You have the ability to code HTML, CSS and ActionScript by hand.

Responsibilities
- Design web graphics primarily using Flash, but also using Photoshop, Illustrator as appropriate
- Develop Flash projects using ActionScript 3, and CSS.
- Work within project schedules and within deadlines
- Collaborate with Creative Directors and other members of the team to ensure consistency with the project’s overall goals and the client’s expectations

Required Skills/Experience
- A mind-blowing portfolio of your work that shows how your contribution helped
- At least 3 years experience in a design role or working with other creative media
- Experience using HTML, CSS, Flash, ActionScript 3, PHP and MySQL and basic understanding of JavaScript / AJAX.
- Strong understanding and ability to

create content specifications and design guidelines
- Strong communication and problem solving skills
- Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
